Ample and full on the palate, the NV Extra Brut Cuvée Jean Fannière Origine Grand Cru exudes richness in its warm, enveloping personality. Crushed rocks, lemon oil and mint infuse this super-expressive, persistent Champagne. The Cuvée de Jean Fannière Origine is a serious, almost brooding Champagne made for the dinner table. This is not an especially easygoing style, and yet the wine is beyond beautiful. Disgorged: April 2016. Dosage is 3 grams per liter. (Drink between 2017-2024)
