A shy nose gives a serene note of wheat bran and chalk, which appear far more defined and concentrated on the fresh palate. Lovely acidity provides a straight and upright backbone, making the mouth water with lovely citric intensity, while evolved autolysis and fruit lend a pleasant edge to caramelized Mirabelle. Lasting, with some 2012 drama in the fruit. Freshness contrasts with subtle, delicious umami notes."
