This is a fantastic olive oil made with environmentally conscious farming practices. Sesti has 104 hectares of land; only 13 are planted to vines; the remaining is olive trees and woodland. They follow strict biodynamic and organic principles. They make one of the most versatile olive oils with good character that seems to blend seamlessly with what it is accompanying. Fruity, peppery, fresh, and well balanced perfect for salads, soups, pasta, by its self, or whatever comes to mind! It’s also a great deal for the size of the bottle, whereas most olive oils only come in a 500ml bottle; this is a 750ml for the same price. One of the best olive oils we have tasted out of Tuscany!
