Forte is strong-style mustard made with three simple, high-quality ingredients: mustard seed, in-house vinegar, and salt. So simple yet so good with a silky texture, this is indispensable for spicing up sauces and other uses like dressings, sandwiches, palmiers, cheese platters, or sausages. It has an assertive mustard flavor but not over the top and has a lovely subtle spice in the background. In France, they sell this by the liter, and it is easy to see why we can't go back to ordinary mustard since we've tried it.
